Leading cosmetics brand seeks an experienced customer service representative / sales assistant.
This position will service existing accounts, communicating extensively with customers by phone and e-mail to receive, enter and process customer orders and address service issues. It will also assist the Sales Director on various sales support and administrative matters.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of sales/customer service experience in wholesale consumer goods, excellent written and oral communication skills, a very strong work ethic, and solid computer skills in MS Office and sales/order entry systems.
